Have put up with plantar fasciitis for 9mths, exercises only slightly helped (who has time to do these 3-4 x a day?). So found these and decided to give them a try. Really helped at first, but now realise there are more things wrong with my feet, so additional treatment is now needed. I do not for one minute regret these, as I think they’re terrific and good for overpronation and plantar fasciitis. Would recommend to others.
