Your order will be shipped the same day if received before 3.00 pm. Otherwise the following day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday. Shipping is free, if you choose Standard Delivery which will take approx. 3-4 working days.
For faster delivery you can choose Express Delivery, at a cost of Rs200 /- .
All purchases made through this website can be returned within 7 days of invoice date, either to swap for a different model Footlogics or a smaller or larger size insole.
Or, if you’re not entirely satisfied with the product you may return it for a full refund since your purchase comes with a 7-day-money-back-guarantee.
Please note we do not cover the shipping cost of returning the goods.

When the goods have been received your refund will be put through immediately without any delay. Either via Paypal or Credit/Debit Card, depending on which method of payment you used when making the purchase.
Cancellation:
If you want to cancel the order, you can do so before the order is shipped. We will return your funds from the payment method you chose initially to purchase it.
Please note if your order is already in process of shipping, then you cannot cancel the order. Once you receive the order, please return to our warehouse.
We do not cover the cost of return.
